Your Agent, Rashad Davis

Rashad Davis is an entrepreneurial spirit, real estate professional, and expert who specializes in market intelligence for commercial and residential real estate. His experience with investment properties spans throughout the world. With more than 15+ years of real estate experience, Rashad’s understanding has flourished in many business platforms to utilize private monies in acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, development, construction/project management, data gathering and analysis along with relationship management. Mr. Davis served previously as a Transaction Asset Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, formerly Wachovia Bank. After joining Wachovia/Wells in 2005, Mr. Davis received substantial recognition within the company and continued to advance his career. Before Wells Fargo, Mr. Davis worked in development and pre-construction services for builders in the Atlanta market including John Wieland Homes. Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Construction Management from Auburn University. Mr. Davis is also a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). He was an associate in Project REAP where he was selected to complete a one-year paid professional internship at Wachovia Bank Corporate Real Estate department.

He is also a founding member of the giving circle, NGAAP Charlotte & also a board member of 100 Gardens & Aspire Community Capital.
